DLE expands logistics division with Andreas Ludwig

DLE acquires a logistics property in Heinsberg
The first property acquired for the DLE Value-Add Logistik fund, which was launched on 1 October, is a logistics property of around 32,400 sqm in Heinsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia.
DLE-launched Logistics Fund – first purchase near Cologne
In addition to its business areas of neighbourhood development and mezzanine financing, the DLE Group is building up a logistics division. The new DLE Logistics GmbH is managed by Kilian Mahler, previously Head of Fund Management Logistics and Caverns at Patrizia. For the fund, DLE has secured an acquisition pipeline of 15 properties for a total of 300 million euros. The first transaction is imminent, namely on the Cologne-Aachen axis.
Dr Kilian Mahler becomes Managing Partner for Logistics at DLE
DLE Group AG is continuing its expansion course with the launch of DLE Logistics GmbH. Kilian Mahler, an experienced manager, was recruited for the newly created position of Managing Partner of DLE Logistics GmbH on 1 October.
