INTEGRATIVE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
In the area of land development, DLE cooperates with public agencies, municipal utilities, and project development companies to reduce the existing housing shortage in major German cities and provide urgently needed commercial space. DLE’s mission is always to realize projects on developed sites as quickly as possible. In order to develop sustainable real estate, the planning process takes into account local social needs and development plans and systematically identifies relevant stakeholder groups and involves them in an open and constructive exchange process. Participation formats go beyond the legal requirements and range from professionally facilitated on-site workshops to online offerings. The aim is to develop projects that take into account the social structure of neighborhoods. Concerns of residents, tradespeople or entire communities play just as important a role as environmental protection.
HUMAN RIGHTS
In its Code of Conduct, DLE commits itself to respecting human and labor rights in all business areas. In this regard, investments are assessed for risk and regularly monitored for breaches.
