The Deutsche Landentwicklung Group (DLE) enters the senior living segment with its subsidiary DLE Living. Nursing homes and assisted living facilities are to be acquired via a real estate fund. After the first closing at the end of November 2021, the DLE fund will have capital in the three-digit million range at its disposal.
